Robert C. Profusek is a producer, strategist, and entrepreneur whose work lives at the intersection of media, hospitality, and community. As the founder of Harvest Media, he has built a company dedicated to original storytelling, innovative partnerships, and radical creative thinking that moves culture forward.
Robert’s career spans film, television, live experiences, and communications strategy. He has led projects that merge creativity and commerce—helping brands and creators alike amplify their voices and connect authentically with audiences. His work emphasizes the power of collaboration and storytelling as a driver of connection and shared experience.
Through Harvest Media, Robert has helped develop and oversee projects across multiple formats, including documentary and narrative film, branded content, impact campaigns, and immersive cultural programming. He also co-founded the RAM Film Society, based at the Ram’s Head Inn on Shelter Island, which has reimagined the traditional film festival model by pairing curated screenings with experiential hospitality and community dialogue.
In addition to Harvest Media, Robert leads non-profit Harvest Capital, a platform designed to support visionary entrepreneurs, emerging media ventures, and cultural projects. Both entities operate under The Harvest Companies, a macro creative collective uniting media, hospitality, and capital ventures under one shared mission: to cultivate ideas, experiences, and stories that resonate deeply with audiences.
